Day 2, July 12th
6am FRS (no idea if this is paleo, but a 'natural' energy drink, no caffeine, fresh juice and B-vitamin supplements)
1/2 lara bar
8:30am cantelope, 2 hard boiled eggs, almonds, coffee black
11:15am 1/2 lara bar
2pm salad w/ sardines, avocado, olives, radishes, lemon dressing, almonds
3pm snack: grapes
6pm larabar
8:30pm salad w/ sardines, avocado, olives, radishes, lemon dressing, almonds
Drank A LOT of water (but probably not getting much sleep...)
