Day 2, July 12th

6am FRS (no idea if this is paleo, but a 'natural' energy drink, no caffeine, fresh juice and B-vitamin supplements)
1/2 lara bar

8:30am cantelope, 2 hard boiled eggs, almonds, coffee black

11:15am 1/2 lara bar

2pm salad w/ sardines, avocado, olives, radishes, lemon dressing, almonds

3pm snack: grapes

6pm larabar

8:30pm salad w/ sardines, avocado, olives, radishes, lemon dressing, almonds

Drank A LOT of water (but probably not getting much sleep...)

Starting log for Paleo challenge!

Day 1, July 11th

8am Lara Bar, handful almonds, coffee black

10am 4oz smoked salmon, 1c grapes

3pm scramble: 2 farm eggs, chicken apple sausage, basil, kale, hot sauce

4pm more grapes, almonds

8pm sauteed kale, onions and sausage, roasted pesto potatoes
