Wow, life has been SO BUSY (in a good way!) recently that I've been slacking on posting to the forum - but I'm still logging my food. Here are the past few days:


1/23/2012
Day 21

Two hard boiled eggs, one breakfast sausage (no crap)
Steamed broccoli, guacamole

Salad with greens, spinach, left over flank steak, EVOO & balsamic vinegar
Leftover roasted Brussels sprouts

Bison bolognese with onions, broccoli, tomatoes (two servings, was hungry!)

Apple with almond butter

**I got my WellnessFX diagnostics results today and had a consultation with a great sports/fitness/nutrition doctor, so I'm going to start taking the supplements he recommended -- hopefully it will improve my blood work when I'm re-tested in 3-4 months!

Supplements: Fish Oil, Vitamin D, NAC (waiting on vitamin B-12, B-9, and iodine supplements to arrive in the mail…)
