**Date + almond butter combo is sooo delicious...sugar and fat, what's not to love? Seriously need to stop it with the dates though (and stop overdoing the nuts). Goal for tomorrow: zero fruit, only one serving of nuts.
Changed our CSA box order to 100% veggies and no fruit last week - will help to keep the fruit out of the house, then I don't feel bad about not eating it.

Salad from Mixt Greens with seared ahi tuna, lettuce, cucumber, jicama, red onion, mango, avocado, and macadamia nuts (with their mango citrus vinaigrette dressing – website says it’s dairy- and gluten-free, I don't think there's any soy in it)
6:30pm (Dinner at E&O Trading Company...very few paleo menu items)
Ordered off of the gluten-free menu, tried to avoid dairy & soy
Arugula salad with beets and a few pistachios
Grilled fish (I think it was Alaskan cod?), Brussels sprouts with some sort of pepper

Four dates, two with almond butter, mint tea...stomach feeling weird! Not sure if it was something in the food at dinner or the carbonated club soda...

Not an ideal day nutritionally speaking -- no "bad foods" per se, but too many nuts and too much fruit and eating at weird times. My schedule was thrown off in the morning at work and I think my portion sizes at meals were too small...will be better tomorrow!

Small slice of apple torte, small piece of Cartmel sticky toffee pudding (my uncle is British...this is so good) with a little bit of vanilla ice cream
First time re-introducing any gluten into the diet...didn't feel any different, but still going to keep it out except for special occasions.

Thanksgiving dinner with friends and family! My family is totally into the whole paleo thing, which is awesome. I think 90% of the dishes everyone cooked were gluten-free, legume-free and dairy-free, except for a little butter in a few.
One glass of champagne with pomegranate seeds
One piece of pear/prosciutto/carmelized onion appetizer with balsamic reduction
Beef tenderloin, mashed yams with apples and pecans, broccoli/cauliflower soufle made with eggs and coconut milk, paleo "stuffing" made with sausage, onions, celery, mushrooms, carrots, slivered almonds, cranberries, herbs & spices (so good!!), paleo carrott soufle
One glass of red wine
One and a half pieces of paleo pumpkin pie (that I made, and almost everyone thought it was better than the store-bought regular pumpkin pie!) With home-made whipped cream on top.
