Scrambled eggs with zucchini and bell peppers
Piece of zuchini bread(grated zucchini, almond flower, eggs, olive oil, walnuts, cinnamon, honey, coco powder, baking powder)
Homemade ceviche(see recipe below)
Honeydue melon
Piece of zucchini bread
3 raw oysters on the half shell
6 oz wine
Cauliflower stirfry with collards, onions, almonds olive oil and butternut squash
Coconut water
Fried banana with cinnamon

Went out to eat at Gratitude cafe! Amazing!! (raw vegan restaurant)
Everything below is raw and vegan and does not have grain in it...if I were to actually list the ingredients, it would be an esssay but I assure you it was all paleo!
Mint chocolate milkshake (coconut ice-cream base sweetened by agave nectar)
Deep dish pizza with spicy salad (sesame crust and a lemon chili dressing on the salad)
Chocolate cream pie(hazelnuts, coconut, coco powder, etc. Sweetened with honey)
Total water for the day: 50 oz

Eggplant stirfry with beef chunks, mushrooms and onions topped with mango salsa(listed below)

Apple with almond butter
Yellowtail cerviche from Mexico DF(mango, onions, tomatoes, avocado, etc)
2 oz tequila
Mexican coffee(coffee black with tequila in it)

Almond banana bread (2 bananas, 2 eggs, 1/4 c olive oil, 1/8 c honey, 1.5 c almond flower, .5 c hazelnut flower, 1 t vanilla, 1 t baking powder)
I am energized Smoothie from Gratitude cafe(Kale cucumber cilantro jalepeno celery lemon avocado)
Kale and rainbow chard stirfry with walnuts and bellpeppers
Sweet potato fries with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
Apple with cashew butter
Butternut squash half with coconut oil filled with mango salsa(mango, onions, garlic, Tomatoe, cilantro, lemon juice)

Spagetti squash with gluten free tomatoe sauce simmered with eggplant, mushrooms and onions
