6:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Giants Game with the girls (all bad decisions begin)
Some Cracker Jacks and Cotton Candy, SHIT!!!
And my first bite of bread in 13 days - The Crab Sandwich, which is the best thing to eat in the park! Terrible for you but absolutely delicious tongue wink

Spinach Salad with sliced Chicken Breast, Red Onions, Cranberries and Walnuts

9:00 p.m. Dinner (Way too late for me to be eating)
Chicken Indian Stew - not too sure what all was in the stew but I do know it was all Paleo and delicious. My girlfriend had us over for dinner at her house. I passed on the chips and guacamole : ) It looked tasty! Staying strong.

I'm feeling great! I've started reading The Paleo Diet book by Robb Wolf, I can not put it down!! It's an excellent book.
I was sick in the beginning of the week so no workouts for me : (
I've also been remolding my home, very exciting but has been a lot of work. Things are pretty amazing now. I feel very blessed. It's Friday!! I have my health back, things are in order at my house. And now I'm ready to hit the gym. Filthy Fifty here I come tongue wink
