(Moving day into new apartment while I was also attempting to work from home at the same time so meals were completely thrown off)

1 cup coffee

Green salad with carrots, peppers
chicken breast
balsamic dressing

a few fresh pineapple slices

ground beef with peppers
avocado
salsa

2 cups coffee
2 hardboiled egg whites

Salad (Spinach, beets, mushrooms, carrots, squash)
Chicken breast
1 tablespoon Olive oil/balsamic vinegar

2 hardboiled eggs

Sunflower seeds
1 peach

Ground Beef with onions/peppers/garlic
Lettuce & cilantro
Salsa & avocado

Almonds

*Too much fruit today, going to scale back today (1/day maybe)

7/11 Monday:

2 cups coffee
Scrambled Eggs
A handful of strawberries and blueberries

1 hardboiled egg, 2 hard boiled egg whites
Trail mix (almonds, walnuts, raisins*)

1 hardboiled egg + 1 hard boiled egg white

Few bites of chicken breast
1 teaspoon almond butter

Sauteed spinach + cabbage
Chicken breast
Peach

**Raisins not paleo recommended because of high sugar/glycemic index so will avoid them going forward
