Lunch 1pm -- Salad (mixed greens, avocado, hummus, eggplant, walnuts)

Dinner 9pm -- Thai Chicken breast w onions, mushrooms, garlic, and some brown rice
Snack 11pm -- Maya Gold Dark Chocolate (1 oz), 2 slices fresh pineapple

Breakfast 9am -- Starbucks oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit
Lunch 12:30pm -- Salad bar (mixed greens, shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, 1/3 egg, 1 oz chicken, oil & vinegar)
Snack 2pm -- Walnuts and dried fruit (2-3 oz)
Coffee 4pm
Dinner 7pm -- Mixed scramble (2 eggs + egg whites, squash, onion, jalepeno, 3 slices pastrami, tomatoes, mushrooms, salsa), 12 strawberries with yogurt, 2 dates with almonds
Snack 10pm -- Bi-Rite salted caramel soft serve w hot fudge...yummmm

Dinner 7pm -- Nonfat greek yogurt (5oz) w honey, homemade mushroom soup (beef broth, mushrooms, roast beef, hot sauce)
Snack 11pm -- 1 slice roast beef, caramelized onions, 6 cherry tomatoes, 12 strawberries
