Recovering from major back and leg problems. Paleo workout to start in 2-3 weeks. Till then a little elliptical machine, some push up and pull ups along with isolated core work.

800m run
50 good mornings
50 sit ups
3 rounds for time. 16:52
The warm ups show me I have a long way to go.
I posted a good time for the 500m row 1:35.7 could almost do a couple hspu but no L pull ups. Got some goals now!

500 jump rope
Tabata WOD
20 sec on and 10 sec off. 8 rounds . 1 min rest between excerise.
Row
Squats (bottom down on rest)
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Another great workout. Came in today running late no food but pulled through it was solid.. Push ups were a killer.

Box Jump
Thruster

Total number 262.
I felt sore from yesterdays jump squats and it played into today numbers. Fresh I could have done a little better but it was a great work out.

A tough workout. The jump squats kicked my ass.
