Huge weakness for me. Thanks for all your help so far, Jenny. I'm really eager to get to the point where I'm proficient enough to incorporate these into my workouts. If anyone thinks they can give me some additional help with this goal, please let me know!
Fifty Perfect Pushups
Doing Cindy recently reminded me that my pushups are also deficient. Pullups and squats were mostly unbroken, but pushups were in 4s and 3s by the end. This needs to be rectified.
Bodyweight Press
Currently at 140# with a bodyweight of about 165. I'd like to get this before the end of the year. Only 25# to go....
