Goals:
Run: 6 minute mile
Row: 500 meters- 1:40
Jump Rope Doubles- 50 (no miss)

Back squat- 2x BW
Deadlift- 2 1/2 x BW
KB Swing- 1.5 pood

Handstand pushups
L-Pullup
Butterfly Pullup (I have done these, but only 3 at a time)
Muscle-ups
Iron Cross

Burpees= 28/min.
Box Jumps= 30 reps with a 24" box non-stop (I have to wait for my feet to heal 100% first)

I haven't looked at these in awhile. I wrote out these goals before life threw me a curve ball. My physical goal is to get back to my old weight before I got "sick." I want to lose 10 lbs. by April 9th. I can't believe 5 days of eating like crap and not working out put 5 lbs on my body, last week! Damn Vegas!

I am also working on building my strength back up. Slowly, but surely I will make this happen. I will continue to remind myself not to be so hard on myself while this happens. The last two WODs were Rx, so things are slowly falling back into place. Hell Week is the perfect kick start to making this happen.
