Longer term goal: Complete Rx Linda

For me (at 170lbs) loads would be:
#255 Deadlift
#170 Bench Press
#127.5 Squat Clean

Near term goals:
- Complete the 30 muscle-up WOD in a decent time. Like getting close to this time would make me happy.
- Get as good as Mango at bar muscle-ups
- CrossFit Level 1 Cert
- Get my kipping pullup down to where I can do 25 or more in a row consistently without stopping.
- Get on the Brick House leader board for SOMETHING.

Progress update on one goal:

First attempt at 30 muscle-up WOD: 16:26

Not bad for a first try. Let's put a number on my goal and make it under 10 minutes. This should be doable by the end of Feb.

Progress update:

- I actually got on the board for Helen! I was 5th fastest overall. Unbelievable. I am in shock, considering the competition. I edged Eric M. out by 1 second and it turns out that 1 second is the difference between getting on the leaderboard and being left off!

- Practiced bar muscle-ups today after class. Getting better, but still not as smooth as Mango! I can actually string together a few in a row now.

Progress update:

I completed the pull-ups without stopping during the first and third rounds of Helen (should have done the second round as well). I also just completed all pull-ups of "Maribel's Revenge" with no stopping. My kipping is getting better.

Another update:

Last night, I wanted to see how many kipping pull ups I could do without stopping. I flew through 26 before my grip gave out. So check off one goal: 25 kipping pullups, no problem.

I am also now 165lbs, so that makes "Linda" that much easier for me. New loads:
#247.5 Deadlift
#165 Bench Press
#120 Squat Clean

Those loads should be doable probably even today. Looking at those, the main question I have is the high rep rounds of bench press. Although, I should be ok. Last time I did bench press was back in October when I did #145 for good reps. I am 2 months stronger now, so I should have a #165 bench press in me.
Interestingly, it was also October when I last did deadlifts. Unfortunately, #245 for 1 rep is my max at that point, so #247.5 for 10 (then 9, then 8...) is an unknown. But I think it's doable.
I've never done full squat cleans with the bar in a WOD, but I did do a couple with #135 during another WOD the other day when someone needed help picking up their bar after a failed OHS. So I'm confident I could do #120.
