Another update:
Last night, I wanted to see how many kipping pull ups I could do without stopping. I flew through 26 before my grip gave out. So check off one goal: 25 kipping pullups, no problem.
I am also now 165lbs, so that makes "Linda" that much easier for me. New loads:
#247.5 Deadlift
#165 Bench Press
#120 Squat Clean
Those loads should be doable probably even today. Looking at those, the main question I have is the high rep rounds of bench press. Although, I should be ok. Last time I did bench press was
back in October when I did #145 for good reps. I am 2 months stronger now, so I should have a #165 bench press in me.
Interestingly, it was
also October when I last did deadlifts. Unfortunately, #245 for 1 rep is my max at that point, so #247.5 for 10 (then 9, then 8...) is an unknown. But I think it's doable.
I've never done full squat cleans with the bar in a WOD, but I did do a couple with #135 during another WOD the other day when someone needed help picking up their bar after a failed OHS. So I'm confident I could do #120.
