Progress update:
I should have updated this a long time ago, but my original short term goals which were:
- Complete the 30 muscle-up WOD in a decent time. Like getting close to this time would make me happy.
- Get as good as Mango at bar muscle-ups
- CrossFit Level 1 Cert
- Get my kipping pullup down to where I can do 25 or more in a row consistently without stopping.
- Get on the Brick House leader board for SOMETHING.
Have all been completed. I'm not quite as good as Mango at bar muscle-ups, but I'm pretty good at it. I can do a couple strict ones and a fair amount of kipping muscle-ups. Other than that, my 30 muscle-up time is under 6 minutes, I got my Level 1 Certification, I am in the 40 pull-up club and I'm on the leaderboard for a couple things.
That leaves a few add-on goals to be completed and the big one - Linda. I have yet to try Linda. I need to get this done.
