Sunday DU challenge Idea

Ok…thought I would reply to this with something reasonable. I have learned through observation of others that the only way to improve on a “skill”, is practice. This means: repeated exposure over time. Basically, I need to practice Double-Unders EVERYDAY until I can get 30 continuous!

The idea is this:

Goal: do 10x {DU PR} in as few breaks as possible.

E.g. if personal record is 33 DUs you will have to jump 330 DUs in as few stints as possible. Preferably time entire thing so you can calculate your DU/sec. In theory this should allow for a nice competition while levelling the field and this should be a good tool to build up on DUs and ultimately lead to a much better PRs.
