11/22/08 fitness goals from the sports psych seminar:
Sept 2009 -
- all WODs at female RX
- real push-ups for all workouts
- 5 dead hang pullups in a row
- 15 double unders in a row
May 2009 -
- Helen, 1 pood, kipping pull-ups <15 minutes
- 8 min mile with comfort, no heavy, painful breathing, no complaining, just run
- get up on the board for something
- 10 double unders in a row
Feb 2009 -
- real burpees for all workouts
December 2008 -
- kip at least once
- Helen finals <15 minutes
Sooner/practice to prepare for upcoming goals -
- run 4+ miles each week
- practice KB swings with 1 pood at least 1x/week in LLCF (do at least 10 good swings); use DB at gym on at least one offday per week at #35
- practice kipping 3x per week
- 25 pullups 3x per week with purple band
- 50 pushups 3x per week (as many as possible on toes and then go to knees)
- jump rope for 5+ min everyday not at LLCF
