16:08 Push press was no problem, squats sucked I feel I kinda half assed them, ring dips with small strap need to work on these.

running, high knees, foot slaps, jumping jacks, situps, burpees, neck movements, jumping..
This is all done none stop..

Practiced hand stand push up

WOD: Barbara
5x for time 3 minute break between rounds.
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats

This one hurt took me 30:51.. There is room for improvement..
