Breakfast:
Protein shake with Kale
1/2 piece wheat bread

Snack:
2 hardboiled egg whites

Lunch:
small bowl turkey chili and 1/2 wheat pita

Snack:
apple

Dinner:
Chk Salad over spinach(chk salad is made with Mustard not mayo..)
Protein Shake

Protein shake with Kale
1/2 piece wheat bread(staying away from Peanut butter for awhile)

Snack:
Hard boiled egg white
few almonds

Lunch:
1/2 wheat pita with Turkey, let, tom, avocado, peppers and low fat swiss

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
Protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal and some blueberries
3 Egg white scramble with spinach and Tom

1 Piece of Wheat toast with Peanut butter
Protein Shake

Lunch:
Turkey, lettuce, tom, low fat swiss, avocado and peppers in a Whole wheat pita.

Snack:
Apple
String Cheese


Dinner:
Brat with mash potato, Beet soup, potato pancake

Turkey Burger 1/2 Bun(Lettuce, Tom)
10 fries
2 chicken wings no sauce

Snack:
Low Fat string cheese
1/4 Protein Bar

Dinner:
Protein Shake with Kale, Apple and 3 scoops oatmeal(the oatmeal taste great like this)
Really small bowl Turkey Chili..
