Whoa really.... I haven't posted in months. I have been a bad girl about 20% of the time now. It used to be 5%. I actually just bought a Life as Rx shirt that describes my eating lately. "100% Paleo 80% of the time."
Time to get back to my 90%/10%, then to 95%/5%.... I will never be 100%. Just being realistic with myself.

I haven't been weighing myself the past few days, but when I jumped on the scale I was super happy to find out that I lost another pound! I am now 10 days out from the shoot! Yikes!
11:30am- (Chef by Request)-3 oz. chicken with broccoli, zucchini and snap peas....
3pm- snack: 4 slices of sausage, small piece of turkey, apple, pistachios
5pm- CBR Almond Crusted Chicken, greens, some roasted orange pieces
7:30pm- (post- WOD) Protein shake (almond milk, whey protein, ice)
9pm- handful of pistachios.... Chris ate my dinner. :( I am super hungry. Punk.
11pm- I was still up and super hungry, so Chris went to Wendy's and got me a yummy Apple/Pecan Salad (sans blue cheese). I used a tiny bit of the dressing.
9pm- OMG!!! SOOO HUNGRY!!!! (post-WOD)
1 red skin yam (broiled sliced thin with olive oil- my Paleo fries), 1 chicken breast, ruby reds salad with pistachios..... I am still hungry after eating all of this.
10pm- 2 baby cucumber with lime and salt
10:30pm- sample pack of Crunchmaster Multi-grain crackers (gluten-free).... I was just craving something carby.
STILL HUNGRY! I blame FEMALE hormones. It's not always easy being a girl.
8:30am- 2 egg whites, 1/4 cantaloupe, handful of almonds
12:30pm- Chicken and spinach salad with 2 eggs (ate this slowly until 2pm....just because I was SO full from eating it and drinking a crap load of water)
6:15pm- bite of hotdog (sans bun...literally a tiny bite)- I didn't think I was going to be stuck in terrible traffic for 1.5 hours! Damn shooter, shutting down 580!
7pm- 1/2 apple, handful of pistachios
8pm- 4 ribs, 1/4 grilled chicken (GOD I LOVE OUR GRILL!!!! BBQ every night! MY FAVE!!), handful of pistachios. I need to buy more veggies to grill. I was just so hungry. I really need to plan better in case of emergencies. I have plenty of emergency snacks for Jackson in the car, but none for mommy.
Getting hungry again. I might just eat an apple with almond butter.... drinking a tall glass of water and tea first.
Holy Crap.... BIGGGG photoshoot scheduled on 10/24.... time to CRACKDOWN LIKE A MUTHA!!! ARGGHHH!!! My tummy hurts just thinking about it!
9am- 2 egg whites (I was soooo hungry, but Jackson didn't want to let Mommy eat her breakfast)
10:30 am- flax seed crackers, I know I know, but it was in the car and I was hungry.
2:30pm- chicken kabob and grilled veggies.....the BEST investment I ever made was buying Chris a propane grill for Father's Day. It is SO easy to fire up! It is the gift that keeps on giving!!
3:30pm- 1/2 cantaloupe, cup of hibiscus water.....
My mom is so cute, she knows that I was stressing about eating enchiladas at dinner tonight, so she is making Caldo de Pollo instead (Mexican chicken soup). Thanks Mom!
6pm- bowl of Caldo de Pollo
10pm- 3 hardboiled egg whites with olive oil and a dash of salt
10pm-Feeling stressed about the shoot now!! I have a ways to go!! My body just doesn't respond like it used to before having a baby. I must work extra hard!
Day 1...30 Day Paleo Challenge. I eat 95% Paleo, so going 100% will be somewhat of a challenge that I am happy to take. Notice how the 30 Day Paleo Challenge was strategically started AFTER my birthday.
