12:30 pm- egg whites, chicken, guacamole, 1 slice multi-grain bread with 1 tsp almond butter (getting tired of the same thing, but trying to use all my groceries)
4pm- 3 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, grilled broccolini with lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper
snacks: 2 tangerines, pistachios, jerky
6:30 pm- CHEAT MEAL: In and Out- Burger (protein-style), fries with 2 ketchup packages, diet Coke, 1/4 chocolate shake
8 pm- small piece of jerky.....

11:30 am- (post-WOD) 1 Oh Yeah shake, 1 Mrs. May's Trio Bar
3:15pm- 3oz. pomegranate chicken, green salad, 1/2 cup wild rice, 1 tsp hummus
7:30 pm- 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3 oz. chicken, 1 tbsp guacamole
9pm- piece of jerky (YUMMY!), handful of pistachios

3/4- Ok, now that I am done moving. I have time to cook again.
IF:17.5 hours
1:20 pm- (omelet) 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 oz. turkey, 1 tablespoon guacamole, 1 slice multi-grain bread with 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1 apple
3:30 pm- 3oz. chicken meatballs, 1 cup brown rice, green salad with lemon juice
7pm- 2 oz. turkey jerky
9pm- 3oz. roasted chicken, 6 pieces of grilled broccolini with lemon juice, small sweet potato, handful of pistachios
The bread and rice.... not paleo.

Valentine's Day= Cheat Day
12 pm- ostrim
1pm- 1/2 Boudin sourdough bread from Fisherman's Wharf (shaped in a heart...awwww)
1:30 pm- 3/4 bag of cornuts! LOL!!!
3:30 pm- (House of Curries) Chicken Tikka Masala, garlic naan, chai tea, basmati rice
9:10 pm- omelet with bacon, chicken, broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes and avocado
10:30 pm- cup of popcorn with olive oil, dried fruit/veggies, 1/2 cup homemade orange julius ( fresh orange, raw egg, ice)

Breakfast- egg white omelet with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, bacon and avocado, cup of strawberries
post WOD: 1/2 Oh Yeah protein shake
Dinner- bacon wrapped beef tenderloin (can you tell I bought too much bacon?), broccoli, baked sweet potato.
Dessert- oranges, strawberries, seeds and nuts

munched on dried fruit/veggies all day
9:30 pm- kung pao chicken, scoop of chicken chow mein, cup of sizzling rice soup (thanks to my husband for tempting me and making me cheat)
10:30 pm- 2 oranges, dried fruit/veggies, almonds

2/9... I finally went shopping!!!

2:30 pm- 1/2 cobb salad (sans cheese), 1/2 bbq chicken salad, 1 apple
7:30 pm- 2 eggs, 6 corn chips (boo), guacamole
9:30 pm- Super hungry now since I didn't really eat much earlier... handful of sunflower seeds, 1 piece of uncured beef jerky, 1 orange, Chef by Request egg salad (tiny portion...so yummy I wish there was more), 1 celery stick. Jackson's baby food is looking pretty damn good right now.

I was a fat ass this weekend. It was Jackson's baptism weekend in San Luis Obispo/Morro Bay. We had lunch at an Italian restaurant and I loaded up on pasta. I ended up eating it all freaking day! My cousins laughed at how much I was eating. I thought for a second... DAMN am I pregnant again?! But NOO I realized that it was because I wasn't used to eating carbs and I forgot that it DOES NOT fill you up!!! I would get full, then an hour later I was hungry again. I felt like crap.
I have a photo shoot on Monday, so it's time to CRACK THE WHIP again!
2 pm- (Mixt Greens)- Butter lettuce, egg, bacon, avocado, cucumbers, carrots, turkey

LAST CHANCE TO FATTEN UP BEFORE TOMORROW'S DUNK TANK! I just ordered a large Pyzano's Pizza, breadsticks and Diet Coke. I fully intend to dip every piece of pizza into Ranch dressing. So whoever gets into the tank after me while after to refill the water because once I get in, the water in going to splash out!
******* Chris just brought me home Rocky Road ice cream. When you see me tomorrow, don't ask if I am pregnant with baby #2 and don't laugh at my elastic-waistband pants.
