Throughout day: 1 gal whole milk (looked at an online calorie calculator and realized I was only eating 2000-2500 calories, so going to try this for a while)

Update: got home and booted so lost a bunch of the food I ate, not sure if it was something I ate for dinner or the milk. Likely the milk...
