1:15pm - 3oz tuna; 2 apples; 12 almonds

3:15pm - 4 almonds

4:15pm - protein shake; 2-3 cups raw broccoli; 2 almonds

7:35pm - spicy eggplant salad from Baladi (paper take-out-sized box of lettuce, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, onion, cucumber, 1 grape-leaf wrap w/ rice inside, vinegar-based dressing); protein shake; 6 almonds

9:30 - chicken lavash (~4oz chicken with ~1-1.5 cups worth of a little hummus, tabouli, spinach, cucumber, onion, and rice) w/o the wrap

11:45am - 10oz
1:15pm - 10oz
4:15pm - 16oz
7:35pm - 24oz (12 w/ shake)
9:30pm - 22oz

7:00pm - ~2 cups okra salad (w/ edamame, cherry tomatoes and lemongrass dressing); 1.5 cups broccoli; 1/2 cup green beans; 1 cup cottage cheese with 2 canned peaches and 5 strawberries; 4 almonds

9:45pm - 1 apple; 6 almonds; 3oz tuna

3:45pm - Chunky Strawberry Jamba Juice - strawberries, bananas, non-fat yogurt, soy milk, granola, peanut butter (40g protein, 95g carbs, 18g fat; wow had no idea there was so much in this!!!)

7:30pm - chocolate Zone protein shake; ~6oz cottage cheese w/ 4 canned peach halves; 4 strawberries; 1/4 avocado; 4 cucumber slices; 6 cherry tomatoes

9:45pm - 4 almonds

5:30pm - 4oz green beans, 1 piece pepper jack cheese

6:50pm - 3oz tuna, 4oz green beans, 1 piece pepper jack cheese

7:30pm - 12oz frozen spaghetti dinner w/ meat sauce (bad, but the only food I had, and I only ate half the noodles)

2:40am - 4oz green beans, 3oz tuna


Water:
1:30pm - 12oz
5:25pm - 12oz
6:50pm - 12oz
7:30pm - 12oz
Total = 48oz
need to drink more water...

1:35am - 1 slice pepper jack cheese
Still felt starving but went to bed...

1:00am - turkey (~4-5oz?) on wheat sandwhich with spicy brown mustard; 1 apple

5:30pm - 17 oz
6:00pm - 17 oz
6:30pm - 17 oz
12:45am - 8 oz
total = 75 oz

*I decided after today's class that I am going to stop drinking any alcohol until I can finish 3 consecutive WODS with no modifications and in the top 50th percentile that day in the hopes this will speed up progress
