9:30 - chicken lavash (~4oz chicken with ~1-1.5 cups worth of a little hummus, tabouli, spinach, cucumber, onion, and rice) w/o the wrap

3:45pm - Chunky Strawberry Jamba Juice - strawberries, bananas, non-fat yogurt, soy milk, granola, peanut butter (40g protein, 95g carbs, 18g fat; wow had no idea there was so much in this!!!)
7:30pm - chocolate Zone protein shake; ~6oz cottage cheese w/ 4 canned peach halves; 4 strawberries; 1/4 avocado; 4 cucumber slices; 6 cherry tomatoes
9:45pm - 4 almonds

7:30pm - 12oz frozen spaghetti dinner w/ meat sauce (bad, but the only food I had, and I only ate half the noodles)

need to drink more water...

*I decided after today's class that I am going to stop drinking any alcohol until I can finish 3 consecutive WODS with no modifications and in the top 50th percentile that day in the hopes this will speed up progress
