toast w/ cream cheese and apricot jam
small bowl vanilla yogurt, granola, and blueberries
green tea

11a
12oz asparagus soup
small turkey sandwich
tangerine and a handful of blueberries

1p snack
handful of cocoa graham crackers

4p snack
100 cal eating right bar (dang, I guess I'm hungry today)

7:30p dinner
thai chicken curry with 1 c. brown rice
handful of cooked carrots
two heaping teaspoons of fat-free chocolate gelato and 1/3 banana

small bowl of granola and lowfat vanilla yogurt w/ blueberries
green tea

11a lunch
small pastrami sandwich
tangerine and some grapes
a few steamed green beans

7p dinner
black bean and jack cheese tamale with 1/3 avocado
one slice carrot bread with a little cream cheese
couple squares of dark chocolate w/ hazelnuts
2 glasses of red wine

small salad w/ walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese (little bit of balsamic/olive oil dressing)
halibut leftovers (~2 oz) with a spoonful of wild rice and some cooked zucchini
1 clementine tangerine
handful of grapes

8p dinner
small bowl miso soup
2 pcs. hamachi sushi
2 pcs. sake sushi
rock n' roll (some variation of)
hot sake

1 tangerine and a handful of blueberries
couple of teaspoons of cottage cheese
green tea

noon lunch
vietnamese food at new saigon with a friend (probably won't be needing much for dinner)
2 vegetable rolls (cold, not fried)
1/2 order lemongrass tofu over 1/2 cup white rice
small regular coffee @ other venue
1.5 australian oat cakes (small but filling)

7:30p dinner
small salad with walnuts and dried cranberries
1 glass of wine

I thought this was interesting. Not saying that the Paleo diet is wrong in any way. Just thought it was interesting.
