Holy Moses. It looks as though I need to lose roughly 80 lbs to make the rest of my body look in proportion to my left calf. No one prepared me for what I was going to see this morning! I can't even look at it. Somehow a 90 year old man's lower leg was surgically attached to my knee. INcredible.

Confession: I really have not worked out or eaten right in the past 7 weeks, hence a 8 lb weight gain and some serious atrophy. One might say that I've got my work cut out for me. Still 4 more weeks in the aircast to get amped up.

Re-entering the zone:

11am- protein bar, 1 c milk
2pm- smoothie (strawberries, almonds, protein)
4:30- BLT: 1 w/w tortilla, bacon, 1/2 tsp mayo, 4 cherry tomatoes, spinach/ 1c milk
7:30- w/w tuna salad wrap, few snowpeas with hummus
9:30-protein bar, few bites fat free choc pudding

After almost a week off the zone to nurse my despair, I am back. I will not let the injury take me out completely.

11am- 3 oz beef roast, spinach/red pepper/chevre salad
3:30- dates, chevre, turkey jerky
5:30- tuna/capers/mayo in 1/2 orange pepper, celery
7:30- paleo kit
9pm- 2 oz beef roast

I like this way of doing my diet. Is it ok to do d a 3/3/1/3/1 block alignment? It feels right with my body, so unless anyone tells me otherwise, I will assume it is ok.
