12pm- can tuna, 1/2 yellow pepper
4pm- paleo (almonds, jerky, blueberries), 1 orange
5pm - 1 cup asparagus/fennel risotto, 1 cup of other rice/veggies dish (boo)
9pm- paleo
9:30- 1 mexican wedding cookie

Overall, not a good diet day. Need to get all blocks in at every meal.

5pm- brown rice & veggies
8:30- (2x) turkey jerky, blueberries, almonds----was hUUUUngry
2:30am- lean pocket, 2 slices cheese, 1 cup milk

work always screws me up on the weekends

7:30 - 4 oz tuna salad, whole bell pepper, celery, hummus, few blueberries
12am- 1-2 oz brie, 1 date

7:30 - 3 oz roasted turkey breast, 1/3 cup soybeans, 2 cups brussel sprouts w/ evoo
12:45 turkey jerky(this shit is good!), 1/2 cup soybeans

Day started out fine, but went haywire once I got to work. Not a good diet day....poop. However, I must've jumpstarted my metabolism by eating so often during the day b/c I'm always frickin hungry.

middle of the nite: insomnia and starving - two slices of pepperjack cheese
Think I was short on blocks today. Need to measure... And obviously didn't follow plan very well.

12pm- chinese food (Mike's going away party. I tried to eat mostly the veggies and unfried meat, but there's no telling how much fat and sodium was in it..ugh.)

i usually already eat a zone friendly diet, i think...this will tell if I'm dilusional:
12pm - 1/2 roast beef sandwich (1 slice ww bread/ 1tsp mayo/3oz roast beef) -no veggie gulp
3:30- broccoli, carrots, hummus, 1/2c soybeans
6:30 - can tuna, tomatoes, almonds
9:30 - almond butter, few tiny tomatoes
oh jeez, except for late nite. it's my first day.....3 dates, 2 or maybe 3 oz cheeze and 10 chocolate almonds..and 5 trader joe's 'triscuits'
I begin wholeheartedly tomorrow!!!! today was baseline...er, the last supper.
