Besides the free introductory session at Lalanne, I had never done a cross training workout. I have worked out on and off at “standard” gyms, using standard programs and, at times, with the trainers provided there. They weren’t bad trainers. Combined with diet, guidance, and routine I saw results, eventually.
After my first Lalanne session, Cindy on Crack, I knew I was embarking on a much different journey. I felt more in those short twenty minutes than I ever did working out for an hour, or more, at a “standard” gym using a standard routine.
There is nothing standard about Lalanne - not the people/not the environment. By no means is this a bad thing. In fact, it is a good thing and it is what drives me to do and feel more in twenty minutes than what I used to do in an hour.
