Hollow
Push-Ups
Superman
L-Hang (answered the gym phone during these)
Overhead Squat (still on the phone)
Dislocates (back for these)

Pistols – with the bands on the pull-up rig
Strength
Back Squat 5x5 (63#, 63#, 103#, 103#, 103#)- the lightheadedness isn't as bad as it has been, but I opted to do a 5x5 instead.
