So tired... having a hard time getting up in the morning. Didn't get a workout in on Wednesday.

Double Tabata: Squats + Sit-ups

W.O.D. 27:37 (I think)
3 rounds of
800m Row
30 Dead-Lifts (95#)
30 push-ups

Legs pretty tight.. I think I need more of a warm-up. By the third round everything felt better.
