Monday
6:15 a.m.: 1 Luna Bar + coffee
9 .m.: Chicken Breakfast Burrito + Coffee
2:30p.m.: Chicken & Veg Curry with some white rice
8:00 p.m.: 1 LF Beef Hot dog + 1 slice wheat bread + some white rice + LF ranch dressing
<Note: no beer or wine tonight. Good job!>

Tuesday
4:15 a.m.: 1/2 Luna Bar (for gym) + coffee
6: 30 am.: 2 packets regular oatmeal + walnuts & raisins + coffee
10:30 a.m.: Coffee
12:30 p.m.: Out to Lunch with Brenda - Chicken in some light sauce.. 1 glass wine
6 p.m.: 1.5 beers and Fried Appetizers (Calimari, cod, pork sliders) with co-workers

Wed
Don't remember
1 glass wine at dinner

Thursday
2 soy sausage patties + 1 slice wheat toast
Sushi for lunch - 6 california rolls + 3 sashimi
Dinner - Cuban Steak with beans & rice, plantains, 2.5 glasses wine

Friday
6:15 a.m.: 4 oz LF cottage cheese + 1 slice wheat toast
1:30 p.m.: Chicken Curry with Rice

Back up to 162.1# - not surprised nor really that disappointed considering the holiday season. Goal weight is 153 by March.

Monday
6 a.m.: Oatmeal + walnuts + raisins + Coffee
10 a.m.: 1 oz turkey jerky
1 p.m.: 1.5 cups pork stew
3:30: 1 peppermint
4p.m.: 2 cuties
7:30 p.m: Turkey burger enchiladas with corn totillas, onion, orange peppers, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, enchilada sauce, olives & a little cheese on top. Dab of LF sour cream. (portion here was more than I needed.) 1 beer.
H2O= 750mL (too low)

Tuesday
7 a.m.: 4 oz. LF cottage cheese + 1 slice wheat bread + coffee
11:30 a.m.: Pork stew 1.5 cups (again, portion probably more than I need)
4p.m.: 2 cuties
6 p.m: Local Restaurant (don't go.. not good) 1/2 crab (too much work) + 1 glass wine
9 p.m.: 1 glass wine
H2O: only 250mL (tsk, tsk)

Wednesday
4:30 a.m.: Half a Luna Bar + few sips of coffee
7 a.m.: 2 soy sausage patties, 1 slice wheat toast, coffee
10 a.m.: 1 cutie
Noon: Indian food with Steve (Chicken Curry with peppers/onions, white rice, 1/2 white naan)
4 p.m.: 1 cutie & 1 peppermint candy
7 p.m.: 1 scoop enchiladas + small salad with LF ranch + 1 beer

Thursday
4:30 a.m.: Half a Luna Bar + Coffee
7 a.m.: 4 oz. LF cottage cheese + 1 slice wheat bread + coffee
11:30 a.m.: Pork stew 1 cup

Saturday
2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice wheat toast
Enchiladas wtih LF sour Cream
2 beef sliders
2 cosmos (Football!)
1 glass wine

Sunday
Bowl Cereal
Roasted Chicken + snap peas with LF Ranch
3 beers (football!)

7 p.m: African Chicken Peanut Soup + bread + tonic H20

Tuesday
4:30 5 choco covered almonds (before workout)
7 a.m.: Breakfast Burrito (i forgot my breakfast & lunch at home today.. so have to eat out.. )
Noon: Chop Chop Salad from Venu with no bacon
7:30 p.m.: Pork + Green beans with Red Thai Curry Sauce over Rice
8 p.m: 2 oz sipping Tequila + 2 choco almonds

Wed
7 am: Apple Spice Bread + cottage cheese, coffee
12:30 African Chicken Peanut Soup
4:30 p.m.: 1 apple
5 p.m. 2 pints of beer
7 p.m.: Pork + Green beans with Red Thai Curry Sauce over Rice + 1 glass wine
8 p.m.: 20 choco covered almonds (it was a rough night)

Thursday
7 am: Apple spice bread + 1 soy sausage patty, coffee
11:30: African Chicken Peanut Soup + small hunk bread
4 p.m : 1 Apple
7 p.m.: Griller + wheat bread bun (mustard, pickle, ketchup) + small salad with Lt. Ranch, 1 martini
8 p.m: Glass 0-cal Fruit Punch

Friday
6 a.m: Soy Sausage Patty + Apple Spice Bread, Coffee
10 am: 1 yogurt
1:30 pm: Thai Curry Pork w/ green beans and rice

1 p.m.: Pork Chop, Broccoli, mac N cheese
4 p.m.: rest of the mac n cheese
7 p.m: salad, steak & asparagus, roasted potatoes, martini, 2 glasses wine (HRC benefit dinner)
10 p.m. 1 gin & tonic

Sunday
10 a.m.: Coffee, 3 slices turkey bacon, 2 eggs, 1 slice apple cinnamon bread
6:30 p.m: 1.5 bowls African Chicken Peanut Soup, 3 slices bread, 3 glasses wine, 5 chocolate almonds

I weighted 166 pounds on Saturday.. awful.. and I can feel it. I need to put a line in the sand..

Monday
6:30 a.m.: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 wheat toast, coffee
11 a.m.: 1 apple
1:30 p.m.: 3/4 cup turkey burger with taco seasoning, 1.5 corn/wheat tortillas, small scoop light sour cream
7 pm: 2 corn/wheat tortillas with turkey burger taco meat, bean dip, 5 choco covered almonds, 1/2 beer 1 glass wine
9 p.m SOG
** MOnday was an okay eating day. About 5 out of 10**

Tuesday
7 a.m.: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 wheat toast, coffee
11:30: 6 dragon rolls, 6 california rolls, tea, water
6 p.m.: Work dinner - greens, peaches, bruschetta with herb spread; sea bass with beans & squash, apple tart with lemon sorbet, 3 glasses wine

Wednesday
7 a.m.: 2 oatmeal packets + walnuts & raisins, coffee
10 a.m.: 2 oz trail mix (peanuts, raisins) + coffee
Noon: Chow Mein, eggplant - I know, not very good at all, but options were limited
7:45 p.m.: 3 Chicekn Tenders with Soyaki + steamed green beans w/dollup of Lite Ranch, Tonic H2O

Thursday
7 a.m.: 2 soy patties + 1 slice wheat bread, coffee

I can't remember what I had the rest of the week

Sunday
Griller (soy) burger on 2 slices wheat bread + feta
Coffee
Apple with peanut butter
Spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce with turkey burger, salad, hunk of sour dough bread

MOnday April 12th

Since I stopped logging my nutrition, I have lost 5 lbs... coincidence?

Well, there are other correlating factors:
(1) My stress levels have been through the roof so maybe that is burning calories when I am not looking
(2) Have been pretty consistent with my workouts
(3) Still have been enjoying my wine at night and ate a LOT of Easter Candy (but mostly chocolate and things with nuts & fat, not just pure sugar jelly beans and such)

Well, let's see how it goes..

Lunch
Taco Salad + Salsa/LF Sour Cream Dressing

Snack

Dinner
