I am in London this week and I always have a really hard time finding healthy options in London. Also, I hae to socialize every night and socializing means drinking in London.. (the sacrifices I have to make for my career)

1 raisin scone
4 cucumber slices, 1 hardboiled egg, 2 slices ham, 4 cherry tomatoes

Lunch
1 Chicken Tikka sandwich on wheat bread

**After today's workout in which I felt like crap, Chris gave me a "talking to" about my eating habits and its impact on my performance. He's right.. I was doing well until Christmas and then I fell off the wagon and have had a hard time getting back on. Unfortunately, today's meal plan is already packed so I'll have to get on the wagon tomorrow.

Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Penne Pasta with Meatballs
OK, OK -- I know Chris is going to say this is bad because it is the processed food industry, but this isn't too bad. 18g protein, 7g sugars, 5 g fiber, 10 g fat. I am sure it is better than a deli sandwich or a burrito, no?

Out with Work people, celebrating our release..
1 martini w/olive
1 Guinness
2 glasses wine
Lots of small plates at Kokkarri - overall, probably pretty lean.. bites of chicken, pork, octopus, fish..some cous cous, decaf coffee, bites of dessert

1 small brownie with macadamia nut - this is the best brownie I have ever had in my life. My co-worker brought it in.

1 oz turkey jerky
*I was at work at 5 a.m. today so ate my snack at 9:30 a.m. (1.5 hours earlier than normal). I don't have class until noon - so not sure if I will make it!

Fajitas with 1.5 corn/wheat tortillas, small scoop refrieds

2 pork chops, roasted brussel sprouts, mashed sweet potatoes
