Sadly, it has been almost a month since I last posted in my nutrition log and it has been a bad month for eating (of course, there is NO correlation here

)
So, I am going to take it one day at a time, but let's hope that I have a good run of healthy eating for the next month (and more!)
Breakfast
2 soy sausage patties
1 slice wheat bread

Lunch
Ahi Tuna Salad with Avocado, lettuce, sprouts, sesame dressing
Snack
gross orange
1 package anaimal crackers
Dinner
1 bowl butternut squash soup
turkey keilbasa sauteed with onion
small slice sourdough bread
4 oz diet tonic h20
3 oz OJ
1 glass hot cocoa with mini marshmallows
