In every way, last week just sucked... I find that if I cheat during a week, I write off that entire week.. I need to get better about taking things one day at a time and if something bad happens, I can rebound the next day (and don't have to wait until the next Monday!)

I have been hungrier during the day and getting home after 8p.m. at night from work. Since I get up at 4:45 a.m. I don't stay up late. So, have been adding wine to my dinner to help me relax so I can get to sleep by 10p.m. I could probably find alternatives for the wine but am being a bit lenient with myself.. (tsk, tsk)

Weekend wasn't good for nutrition

2 soy sausage patties
1 wheat toast

1 oz turkey jerky
1 Chips ahoy cookie (tsk, tsk)
Lunch
Chicken Pozole (much better the day after as leftovers)
Snack
1 Apple
1 Specialty's cookie (wheat germ/Choco chip) - I was really craving it and decided just to do it rather than snacking on other things and getting more calories!
1 coffee
Dinner
Leftover Indian
2 glasses of wine
3 Almond Rocas
I only drank about 500mL of H2O today -- not the best day overall.

I got behind on my charting and remembering my food is even harder than remembering my workouts. I do know that I did very well this week.
no wine at all this week (yah!)
no treats at work
protein every meal, complex carbs..
Even made my favorite meal -- spaghetti squash spaghetti. Yum!

Sadly, it has been almost a month since I last posted in my nutrition log and it has been a bad month for eating (of course, there is NO correlation here  )
So, I am going to take it one day at a time, but let's hope that I have a good run of healthy eating for the next month (and more!)

Okay, I am going to get serious again (yah, yah.. I know I said that 2 weeks ago (and 2 weeks before that and 2 weeks before that..))
Yesterday I weighed in at 160.7# -- considering my diet and exercise regime the last month, I thought I would be much worse. I FEEL much worse than 160.
Breakfast
3/4 cup LF cottage cheese + 1 leftover pumpkin spice pancake
Coffee
Snack
1 LF yogurt
Lunch
African Chicken Peanut Soup (one of my favorite Cooking Light recipes) - chicken, Red pepper, onion, sweet potato, black beans, rice, jalapeno with a touch of peanut butter. Low-Fat and hearty, good protein and colorful vegetables.
Snack
1 medium orange
Dinner
Turkey Meatloaf, Steamed Broccoli, mashed potatoes with brown gravy (from packet)
Tonic H20
Water = only about 500mL by the time I left work today
