Monday October 12th
Okay, I am going to get serious again (yah, yah.. I know I said that 2 weeks ago (and 2 weeks before that and 2 weeks before that..))
Yesterday I weighed in at 160.7# -- considering my diet and exercise regime the last month, I thought I would be much worse. I FEEL much worse than 160.
Breakfast
3/4 cup LF cottage cheese + 1 leftover pumpkin spice pancake
Coffee
Snack
1 LF yogurt
Lunch
African Chicken Peanut Soup (one of my favorite Cooking Light recipes) - chicken, Red pepper, onion, sweet potato, black beans, rice, jalapeno with a touch of peanut butter. Low-Fat and hearty, good protein and colorful vegetables.
Snack
1 medium orange
Dinner
Turkey Meatloaf, Steamed Broccoli, mashed potatoes with brown gravy (from packet)
Tonic H20
Water = only about 500mL by the time I left work today

Week ending Sep 25th
All in All I did fairly well this week
Tuesday and Wednesday I had no wine with dinner. Thursday I had half a glass only
balanced meals, no treats.. until I got to Friday morning (and then everyone brought in baked goods.. and I love baked goods... so I slipped some).

I got a crock pot cookbook for my birthday (yah!) so many good for you things one can make in the slow cooker. I also got a Paleo book. I don't think I will be pure Paleo'er but I will try my best.. I'll do a Paleo/Zone thing. Key is more protein, less grains, less dairy, more veggies & fruits -- I can do that..
Breakfast
2 soy sausage patties
1/2 cupt fresh blueberries
Snack
Lemon LF yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Lunch
Crock Pot Moroccan Chicken Stew (Chicken breast, pineapple, tomatoes, carrots, chickpeas, green beans, indian spices) -- yum!
Dinner
Big Salad - Lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumber, chicken breast, turkey lunchmeat, feta cheese, LF ranch dressing (I know I am not supposed to have feta or ranch, but I have a hard time eating salad without these items).
Chocolate birthday cake
1 glass red wine
