Aug 8th through 11th - my birthday weekend so filled with revelry, cocktails and cake! Not even worth logging.. it would embarass even the poorest eaters.

Late Lunch (Chris' family was here so we had more of a "party" dinner
cheeseburger
1/2 cup potato chips
potato salad
baked beans
8 oz beer
1 cup decaf coffee

Late Dinner (tsk, tsk)
1 hot dog and bun
1 scoop potato salad
2 glasses white wine
handful choco chips

2 biscotti (cheated a little by having the second biscotti)

Weekend was, as always, a bit permissive in my intake. I am going to get serious again, starting today.

Breakfast
Coffee
3/4 cup LF cottage cheese
~3/4 cup cantelope and watermelon

Lunch
4 oz. steak with tomato jam (tomatoes, onion, garlic, vinegar.. yumm!)
1/2 cup Trader Joe's potato salad

Snack
LF Yogurt and 0.5 ounce turkey jerky

Dinner
Turkey sandwich (1.5 slices turkey breast o wheat bread with pickly and mustard)
Small green salad (lettuce, carrots, cucumber, feta w/LF ranch dressing)
6 oz tonic H20
1 cup instant hot chocolate

~800mL H20 today

July 17 thru 19th - probably not too good. I can't remember everything but was a lot of take-out (chinese + Indian) and quite a few drinks (since I permit myself to drink on the weekends).

July 20
2 eggs, 2 slices wheat toast + ketchup
Indian leftovers for lunch
Grilled Chicken + Broccoli curry salad
Bubbly water (no wine or beer, yah!)

July 21
Breakfast
2 Plain Oatmeal packets + blueberries

Snack
1 apricot
1 TJ's yogurt

Lunch
Crock Pot enchiladas (turkey burger, black beans, corn tortillas, red pepper, olives, little cheese) with low-fat sour cream.

Snack
1 apricot
1 cup bad office coffee

Dinner
2 helpings of crock pot enchiladas with low fat sour cream
1 glass bubbly water

Baked Beans

Tonic Water with splash of blue cointreau (because everything is better when it is blue)

small glass of Soy Choco Milk
