Dessert: Bowl of low sugar cereal

Snack: 10 almonds and 8 oz. red grapefruit
Lunch: 1.5 cups African Chicken Peanut Soup
Snack: Orange, 2 oz hummos + broccoli, 2 slices baguette
Dinner: Chicken Breast w/ Red Sauce & sprinkling MOzzerella cheese, TOnic Water + Pom juice
Snack: Almond Biscotti + tea

Starting online nutrition Log - starting with a less than stellar entry..
March 17th
Coffee
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Bagel + 1 egg
Lunch: 1.5 cups African Chicken Peanut Soup
Snack: Blood Orange + 10 almonds
Dinner: Snacks: hummus + veggies, low-fat cheese + bread + 1.5 glasses of wine (it was St. Paddy's day)
Snack: Tea + Almond Biscotti
Water: 1 Liter
