8:30am - 1 zone bar
11:45 - sauteed spinach with egg whites, 1/2 whole wheat tortilla with 1 tsp almond butter
12:30 - 1/5 cup granola with soy milk
1:30 - nonfat double latte
6:30 - 2 glasses chardonnay, romaine salad with 1/2 cup gigande beans in vinegarette and 1/2 cup cucumbers, 6 carrots, 5 olives
8 - 1/2 larabar, 1/2 cup cottage cheese

I haven't been keeping up with this, bad I know. So here goes:

9:30am - Dark Chocolate Zone bar
12:30pm - 1 cup broccoli with 3 egg whites and 1 tbsp olive oil, 9 kumquats
3:30pm- 1 cup gigande beans in vinegarette, some walnuts
6pm - 1 1/2 cup baby carrots and broccoli (mixed) 2 tbsp edamame hummus
8pm - 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
9pm-12pm - 5 vodka sodas (i was on a party trolley!)
2am - 1 cup vegetable broth, carrots and edamame hummus

Breakfast - 9:30 - Kashi Go Lean with skim milk and 1/8 cup granola
Snack - 11:15 - 1/2 balance bar
Post-workout snack - 2:00 - 1/2 balance bar
3:00 - 5 almonds, 2 cashews, handful of grapes
Lunch 3:30 - egg salad over greens, 1 apple
Snack - 5:30 - handful of grapes
Dinner - 8:15 (bad!) - 3 belgian beers, 1 burger with Chimay cheese (no bun), some frites, mayo, ketchup
