Felt good on my first day. I actually like the planning of each meal...day two is already mapped out. Tomorrow I am scheduled for 24 blocks. I am saving each day's menu of meals so that I can recycle days down the road. I will use the weekends to experiment with new recipes to add to the overall mix.
