Felt good on my first day. I actually like the planning of each meal...day two is already mapped out. Tomorrow I am scheduled for 24 blocks. I am saving each day's menu of meals so that I can recycle days down the road. I will use the weekends to experiment with new recipes to add to the overall mix.

Tomorrow I will enter the Zone! This is BIG for me...I have never done anything really structured (i.e. controlled portions) before aside from eating clean. I have a game plan already...I put down on paper the meals for the next day. Until I get this dialed, I will continue to write out a meal plan the night prior and prep accordingly.

I'm ready to see and feel the results of living in the Zone.
