pre-work-out snack: lara bar and 6oz tea
snack: 12oz water with mila seed and egg white protein powder
Lunch: left over beef stew and steamed kale with lemon, olive oil and garlic dressing and rest of protein water (24oz)
Snack: handful of nuts and cranberries
Dinner: 2 left over egg quiches, 1/2 avocado, 1 tomato, basil and a little olive oil... still felt hungry so i had 1 banana shake (banana, coconut milk and ice)
coffee and cream
h20- about 48oz
probably still felt hungry because i skipped my usual breakfast.

today I decided to cheat. i just felt i needed not to think about it too hard
B: 32oz. water with mila seed and egg white protein powder
snack: 2 ginger cookie
Lunch: chicken burger and asparagus and zucchini, 4 slices bacon
snack: 32oz. water with mila seed and 1/2 scoop egg white protein powder
D: didn't really have dinner because I knew I was going to a wine tasting so here is what I snacked on while drinking about
16oz red wine- 3 pieces of cheese, handfull grapes, handfull nuts (almonds, cashews with cranberries), about 6 peanuts, 6 dates, 4 pieces small sliced bread rounds, 2 chocolates, 1 chocolate cookie
h20: see aboove plus 6 oz
