Pre-walk: 8oz water with milla seed (then went for 1.5 hour walk with dog)
B: 3 left over egg quiches, cooked apple with cinnamon and honey
Snack: 1 turkey burger with chopped spinach and tomato inside
Movie snack: trail mix (almonds, cashews, raisins and chocolate chips)
Dinner: out with Friends at Tadich Grill- seafood stew (shrimp, clams, mussels, crab, callops, parsley in tomato broth) with 1 piece of soudough bread for dunking, 1 side-car cocktail and 1 glass red wine

Snack: lara bar
Lunch: left over lamb burger topped with tomato chutney, small salad with mixed greens, mushroom, cucumber, red bell pepper, onion, and almonds and dressing (lemon, mustard, olive oil, pepper and salt)
snack: 2 left over egg quiches
D: a cheat night out at Presidio Social Club: a bite of tune tartar on 3 potatoe chips, 1 pulled pork slider with bun, Sole over pureed parsnips and roasted carrots, a couple bites of brussel sprouts, 5 mini cookies for dessert, 2 glasses white wine.

D: cipotle pumpkin soup, left over egg quiche (red bell pepper, bacon, sundried tomato, spinach, asparagus), apple walnut salad (apple, cinnamon, walnuts, honey)

Snack: green olives with garlic
Lunch: steam kale with lemon, garlic and olive oil dressing; 2 mini egg quiche (bacon, asparagus, spinach, red bell pepper, sun dried tomatoes, salt, pepper)
Dinner: 2 egg quiche, sweet potato "fries" (baked, olive oil, salt pepper)
snack: coconut milk ice cream (Purely Decadent)

Snack: pumpkin seeds
Dinner: mixed green salad with broccoli, tomato, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, lemon juice and olive oil, buffalo burger
snack: chocolate bar

h20: about 30oz... not much. gotta work on that

Sunday:
B: bacon and avocado omlette
Lunch: leftover apple slaw and chicken breast (salt and pepper) and avocado
Dinner: buffalo burger and mixed salad (mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, onion, mushroom, lemon juice and olive oil)

L: late lunch at 2pm (working my in-laws Jewish food festival and on my feet all day) and I didn't pack anything healthy so I ate what was available (hot dog no bun, assorted Jewish pastries, meat stuffed cabbage... starving!)
late D: salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers, vinegar and olive oil... missing the protein. damn it! This is hard when you are not in your controlled environment. I've been working all day for the last few days and haven't had time to make my own food.
Snack: valentine's chocolate
