Dinner: indian (at a dinner party with homemade indian food so definately not Paleo)... talapia with spices, tofu and veggie stir fry (squash, soy beans, tomatoes, spices), rice and dates, and spinach and chicken)

Brunch: fish sausage (shrimp, white fish, scallops, tomato, onion, cilantro, salt, spices), carrot and guacamole, steamed broccoli
pre-run snack: nut muffins and chocolate chips... yes, I broke down. ugh. but I ran a lot of miles today.
Late lunch: mixed berry protein shake
Dinner: Pacific India- curry chicken, sauteed onions and bell peppers and sausage, paleo apple cole slaw, 1 praline cookie
h2o: way too little... 30oz

evening snack: more apple salad and walnuts, slices of salami, pumpkin seeds and cranberries (i know not good choice, but... oh well. I had a late lunch and didn't feel that hungry for a full meal. I was in a totally crappy mood and wanted a "real" cookie with chocolate, but I'm glad I resisted)

Dinner: at dinner party with friends- tuna salad (tuna, strawberries, walnuts, olive oil, vinegar) and spicy beans, fruit slad for dessert (apples, plums, bananas)
Wine- 3 glasses of red... not a normal weekend.

2nd snack (essentialy, not actual lunch): 3 chicken wings (I know not the best. I was on the road and was eyeiung my husband's food.)
Dinner: hot shrimp salad (shrimp, lemon, onion, olive oil, dill, garlic, paprika) over romaine lettuce and left-over sweet potatoes
Snack: almond butter cookie (egg, almond butter, chopped apricots, coconut flour)
H2O: 48oz
Coffee and half and half
Wine: 1/2 glass red wine at Sonoma tasting
