Breakfast: fruit salad- 1/2 cantalope and blueberries, chopped pecans and honey, left over turkey burgers
Snack: nut muffins (hazelnut and coconut flour), eggs, coconut oil and dried fruit) and cup of coffee and 1/2 and 1/2
Lunch: turkey burgers and guacamole
(today it's been busy. Finally went to store and got more veggies!!!)
Dinner: ham stew: carrots, celery, red bell pepper, ham, onion, garlic, water, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce; pumpkin chipotle soup (pureed pumkin, apple, garlic, onion, chipotle pepper
Snack: dried appicot, pumkin seeds, almonds
H2O: 32oz

Breakfast: same mixed berry protein shake
Lunch: left over turkey burger lettuce wraps and guacamole, left-over steamed broccoli sauteed with olive oil and garlic, left over apple salad.
Dinner: ham, baked 1/2 sweet potatoe with thyme and olive oil
Snack: blueberries, orange wedges and pecans
H20: 32oz
1 Multivitamin
Coffee and milk: this is my first cup since Monday. Still don't want to give this up completely... yet.

breakfast: mixed berry protein shake (mixed berries, scoop whey protein, mila scoop, 1 cup water)
Snack: apple salad (apples, carrot, pineapple, orange concentrate) with walnuts
Lunch: left-over garlic chicken breast with peeled sweet potatoes and steemed broccoli
Snack: pumpkin seeds and raisins
Dinner: turkey burgers stuffed with cheery tomato with mustard, a little guacamole
Snack: banana and coconut milk shake (water ans ice)
h20: 32oz water

(I know whey is not paleo, but not ready to drop it)
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 paleo cookies (almond flour, crushed walnuts, dried fruit, honey), 10 almonds

"The Last Supper": breakfast: pumpkin bread, 1 cup coffee with half-and-half, Lunch 6inch subway chicken sandwich no mayo, Snack: turkey/mustard/lettuce wrap, Dinner: mixed berry whey protein shake, 32oz whey protein water, pm snack: turkey/mustard/lettuce wrap

I know I will have a hard time giving up coffee and creamer and whey protein. They will go off the list last. Today was an indulgence since I rarely ever eat bread so tomorrow's log will look mor paleo.
