18 hours at work today, so mandatory rest day. Plus my pecs still feel like hell, so probably good.

Day one of the hundred pushups regimine. Gotta say, that bench press workout the day before floored me. Felt really weak on the pushups but managed to get through the lowest level. Its gonna be hard to stay on track with the pushups program with crossfit workouts at the same time, i'll probably have to stretch the pushups out over a longer period. On the flip side, being a "large mammal", pushups and pullups are a serious weak point point, so i think it will be good to try to keep both going.

I got in a little early and worked on my kippings today. Managed to sting 4 sets of three clean kippings in a row today. Pretty excited as i've only really been able to do 1-2 sloppy ones to date. Obviously learning the move plays a role but i've been feeling stronger.

Warm up
jump rope
hollow rocks - 50
upside down hollow rocks - 50

Burgener warm up

Hang Power Snatch 3.3.3.3.3
#95, #95, #95, #115, #115

I can get the 115s up but struggle to do it clean. It ends up being a shoulder press about 1/2 up. Need to work on keeping momemtum and getting a cleaner drop.

WOD - 14 rounds
#125 90 reps/team 3 people per team
400m run

Time: 28 something

First time doing this WOD. I was initially bummed to not being doing the Rx weight and same workout as previous classes as i wanted to see how I stacked up, but this turned into a great workout as evidenced by my inability to clap my hands today. I felt really strong on the bench and ended up doing more than my share towards the end. Still need to work on the run, but i'm definitaley progressing.

Had a hard time changing something on my original log, so starting a new one.

Surfed the last 6 days pretty extensively down in SLO, but ready to get back to the routine tomorow.
