Finally got preliminary clearance to come back to the gym!!!
Ive been back and forth on food and drink recently. Dropped some, added some, and had some pretty bad weeks of crap food in there.
Today starts a cleanse program over the next two weeks as follows.
Entire time - No alcohol. Weaning off of coffee, red bull - gone
Monday/Tuesday - Fruits and Veggies - Pre Cleanse
Wed - Sunday - Cleanse
Essentially a liquid only fast with herbal supplementation

I'll be supplementing protein shakes, glutamine and creatine pre and post workout on workout days.
I'm also thinking about doing the 12 week fat loss challenge.
