Got my measurements last night. Not too pleased, but not unexpected.

Starting Weight at Site 266#
at home 262 #

BF% 22.8

Muscle Mass 129# - The only upside, apparently the highest in the gym at that point.

So, need to get my shit in order.

Dinner 1-19 - Chicken Breast, veggies
1-20
Fresh Fruit, 2 bags of almonds, 1 bag of cashews (900 cal), grilled veggies.

Fast ended sunday night (although i had a breakdown and scarfed a quessadilla saturday night).

Feel pretty good, working my way back into paleo this week, but gonna resume food slowly.

Final weight 256.8 (around 8lbs weight loss, although i'm guessing it will settle out at 5-6).

2 apples, grilled veggies, 1 slice frozen veggie pizza.

Day #2 liquid detox/fast.

Weight 258.2

Suprised how not hungry I am, but the herbal supplements leave you feeling kinda full. Anticipating tommorow is when I'll start to feel a little weak.

Finally got preliminary clearance to come back to the gym!!!

Ive been back and forth on food and drink recently. Dropped some, added some, and had some pretty bad weeks of crap food in there.

Today starts a cleanse program over the next two weeks as follows.

Entire time - No alcohol. Weaning off of coffee, red bull - gone

Monday/Tuesday - Fruits and Veggies - Pre Cleanse

Wed - Sunday - Cleanse

Essentially a liquid only fast with herbal supplementation

I'll be supplementing protein shakes, glutamine and creatine pre and post workout on workout days.

I'm also thinking about doing the 12 week fat loss challenge.

Allright, allright. So, yesterday was day #1 of a commitment to an abbreviated drinking schedule. I just like the sauce, always have. Makes me better looking, funnier, run faster, jump higher. In general, I'm just a better person with a little bourbon in my life. I prefer my beer with a tequila so to speak.

BUT......

It also really fucks with my crossfit and weightloss goals.

So...

I'm not gonna be perfect, but I'm making a real push, along with sticking to paleo, supplements, crossfit and strength days, to cut down significantly on the non-essential drinking (I.E. Drinking during band practice, after work, before bed, in the shower etc.) I'm gonna have slip ups, but I think its time to chill that all out a bit.
