Apple, Chicken Soup for lunch
Mini-breakdown with a couple slices of pizza for dinner. Not happy about it but thought they were getting different food at my buddys place. 2 bourbons, 3 beers, 1 shot tequila.
Not my best day, not my worst, but i guess the purpose of the food log is maintaining honesty and a record. Anticipating getting the fuel 2 go going which should make things easier to manage.
Clearly the food log is not my strong suit. I am going to make it a focus from here on out. (especially considering the enormous burrito i let know who was boss today).
I spoke to alex at fuel2go and am gonna get on his program and try to get a steady thing going again. Weight today 263.8. Not bad considering the last two weeks of debauchery but I'm setting a 4 month goal of getting down to around 240. You saw it here first folks.

Long week down surfing with ample alcohol so decided to start back with a fast. Small pasta salad to finish the day with a handleful of blue corn chips at bedtime and 1 oz of makers.
