Wow... I can't believe how long its been since I've been to CF. I guess time flies when you are working like a slave. BUT I have decided that as much as I am married to my career, I HAVE to make time cause frankly I miss it and not working out makes me feel like a ball of fluffy crap. So tomorrow here it goes... Feeling kind of nervous like its the first day of school. lol

Alrighty... after almost 2 months of work induced hell, I am FINALLY able to start making classes again come Monday grin And not a minute too soon, cause I am starting to feel "fluffy" these days. Not a good look. I preparation, I decided to go for a 3 mile jog, do some double-under practice and see if I can even come close to kipping anymore. Monday is going to be painful for sure but I CANT FREAKIN WAIT!

Beat my prelim time by about a minute and a half grin
Big shot out to Leah for being the most amazing ref ever and running the last few meters with me.
Had a great time and wished I could have stayed longer and not had to work :-(
