jump-rope - tried a few double-unders, no sucess.
1300m run
Tabata squats (10 - 11 each round)
WOD: 5 rds for time
Deadlift, 12 reps
Hang power clean, 9 reps
Push jerk, 6 reps

Need to practice hang power clean because to put it plainly, I suck. Can't get the snapping movement for the life of me so I've been sitting in my office all morning practicing the movement. I am going to hit the gym this evening for some practice as well.
Last round on the push jerks I tweaked my back a bit so had to seperate the 6 reps into 2 groups of 3 which pissed me off... Back seems to be okay today. A little soreness, but I think thats mostly because the poor form on the hpc's.
