I've been really impressed with the Paleo Diet and am currently recommending it to all of my patients. In 7 days on the Paleo Diet, I am down 7 pounds and probably 1-2 pants sizes. My energy is almost a caffeine buzzed feeling. My sinuses are clear as can be. Mental clarity is 10/10 and my workout intensity and strength are high.
Why is it you can't eat legumes again? I was trying to find a reasoning, but all I could find was "don't eat it" and something along the lines of "Don't eat anything you can't eat raw" but I cook the meat/eggs.
The same to a certain degree when talking rice/potatoes. I understand the reason to keep away from processed foods, but have rice and potatoes changed since men started growing them? It is pretty easy to get wild rice instead of white.
