shocking even myself, only managed to eat half of the main course. Historically, I'm sure I could have made myself eat the whole thing, but decided against it. Progress.

Went to the nutrition seminar class Chris had today. While I don't think the Paleo diet is for me, it's about time I start logging what I'm eating.
