got bw over my head in the clean and jerk lift. I set this goal a few months ago but realize I didn't record it.

Weight lifting goals
bench press - bw
clean and jerk - 150#
Deadlift - 300#
press - 115#

body weight goals
muscle up - need to work on technique
ring dips - I'm close. i think i can do one.
push ups x 50 - good ones, all in a row without stopping
hands stand push ups - i will do these as prescribed the next time they show up in a wod

running
faster and stronger. I need a watch so I can get a better idea of my pace. currently I try to check the clock on my way out the door.

can do ring dips, hspu's, muscle ups now.

first muscle up 3-19-10. i started working on these jun 2009, but didn't have the upper body strength.
first ring dips - jan 2010 ish.
