haven't logged in a while. Have been pretty strict on the paleo (not so strict on the zone)- except saturday had dim sum for lunch (oh so good when it hits your lips) and went to a bbq for dinner (lots of bbq sauce and 2 hungry man sized scoops of probably the best potato salad ive ever had!!

dinner (after work out) 2scoops protien shake, 2 cups strawberries
Did not eat enough today- felt horrible at end of work out- ran completley out of energy.
