Wed Jun 09 Low carb/Cal day (rest day)
trying to lean out a bit for the summer...calorie cycling
target: 1600 (150g p min, 900 cal carbs)
breakfast:
shrimp 25-30g protein (~100 cal)
watemelon 100-150 cal
snack:
1/2 L bar 100 cal
lunch:
eqq whites w/mixed veggies 30-35g p
250-300 cal
1 bag baby carrots: 175 cal, carbs
a little chicken w/tomatoes 50 -75 cal maybe
protein shake (met-rx whey protein) 30-35g
snack:
1/2 L-bar
dinner:
sashimi + miso soup
30-35g p
snack:
beef/bison 30-35g p
a little watermelon/banana 100 cal
broccoli w/low fat cheese sauce 150 cal
totals:
~150g protein = 600 cal
~800-1000 cals carbs
about right for the day

ice tea
comments; having trouble eating today..
