started out paleo..slowly degraded in the day
Hopefully eating After back squats will save me a bit

post-WOD
1 banana
1 achieve chocolate
nuts

lunch:
Unagi Don (rEel w/sushi rice)

snack:
trail mix (peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins , m&Ms;)

Dinner:
greek Gyro Plate w/salad, 1 scoop rice, and 1 pita bread
diet coke


I will count this as a heavy carb, heavy lifting day and get back on track asap

Feels good to be able to lift heavy again
