First full class of crossfit

after work out 9 am: 1 banana, and 1 small sweet potato

lunch 1230 pm: homemade fajitas (chicken and mixed vegetables) + side of caesar salad

dinner 700 pm: seaweed soup

Bad diet day. Wedding food: thai, korean and japanese but kept to small portions. Wine... bad

7/19 Sunday

Bad diet day -again. Dim sum with out of town friend but kept to smaller portions

Dinner: Caesar salad with poached salmon.

1030 am: whole wheat bagel with cream cheese and cup of mixed fruits
